Hours: Average of 37 hours per week. You will work on a shift that will include evenings, weekends and holidays. You will also have to sleep on site, if you are registered to do so.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in Stoke on Trent Council’s small group homes. We are looking for passionate and committed workers who have the resilience to work with complex situations, be flexible and support a group of employees managing complex behaviors. You will work in shifts to help the manager run the house to achieve the best possible results for our children. You will join an excellent team of managers who will support you through training, development and onboarding to ensure that you are prepared for the challenges.
